Stanley William Zelek

Stanley (Duke) Zelek, 74, of Adena, Ohio passed away peacefully on July 28, 2022 at EORH, Martins Ferry, Ohio.  Born October 23, 1947, Duke was the son of the late Stanley and Norma (Davis) Zelek.

Duke was a retired coal miner/truck driver for Windsor Coal Company.  One of his passions in life was his love of riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles and making memories along the way that made him the character that he was.  He lived life his way and always shared his laughter with those he loved.

Surviving are his wife Linda Zelek, daughter Danielle,  step daughter Melanie, siblings Sharon (Leo) Tobasco, Connie (Joe) Matkovich and Terry (Kelly) Zelek, and four grandchildren.

In keeping with Duke's wishes there will be no visitation. Schuetz Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Mingo Jct., Ohio is assisting the family.
